The County of Pembrokeshire

Haverfordwest is Pembrokeshire's county town with a wide range of shops and facilities, railway, bus station, castle, and a delightful riverside walk, all within a few minutes stroll from The County Hotel.

It's central location gives easy access to trunk routes, beach resorts and tourist attractions and is on the direct A40 route, 4 hours from London, 2 hours from the Severn Bridge and 20 minutes to the Irish Ferry at Fishguard. Also only five minutes from Haverfordwest aerodrome for business and pleasure flights.

The County Hotel is ideally placed for business, or for exploring one of the UK's most spectacular holiday areas. With something for everyone, from the rugged scenery of the Preseli Hills, bustling resorts, and stunning coastline of Britain's only coastal National Park to the attractions of Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park.

How To Find Us

Continue on the A40 to Haverfordwest and follow the signs to town centre. As you begin to enter the town (Land Rover garage on your right) you come to a large roundabout. Take the fourth exit, and almost immediately after leaving the roundabout, The County Hotel is a sharp left turn, just as you pass the distinctive twin-pillar main entrance to the hotel.
